Sims Law Firm, Ltd., pursues appeals throughout the state and federal court systems. In addition to having an attorney who has worked on appeals, the firm's principal, Bryan Sims, was a judicial clerk for Illinois Supreme Court Justice S. Louis Rathje, as well as a staff attorney with the Illinois Appellate Court, Second District.
This experience provides Bryan with a unique perspective on appeals with experience from both sides of the appealate process.
In addition to representing our own clients in appellate matters, we also welcome working with other attorneys to assist them on their appeals.
