Additionally, the process can take several weeks to complete. Thus, the sooner you begin the process, the faster it is for us complete the eviction and allow your property to begin producing income again.

If you are contacting us about a possible eviction, please gather the following documents and information:

• The lease
• A statement of the sums owed by the tenant
• Any notices that you have served on the tenant
• Any correspondence between you and the tenant

However, do not send any of these documents to us until we ask you to do so.
